The Living Energy Barn
The Living Energy Barn is one of the two bed and breakfast Barns at Lower Cwmcadarn Farm. So named as we are all living energy and energy is the key to life itself. We hope to engage in new and exciting pursuits. We take holidays to renew and replenish our own personal energy. We also take holidays to rejuvenate and find peace and calm. At lower Cwmcadarn Farm there is lots of peace, quiet and calm. It is a very relaxing place with clean fresh air and defiantly free form the grime of the city.
This barn has been recently newly furnished. It has been a case of out with the old and in with the new, inviting and fresh. All four rooms in The Living Energy Barn offer great value and space. These rooms are ideal for groups of people, family and friends looking for value and comfort. They all have three foot single beds. Bedding is included for you. You will find Tea and coffee in all rooms, also hair dryer, dressing table and ample mirrors in all rooms. We have a Laundry room on site with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board at a small fee. We care about your stay with us and we want it to be comfortable and affordable. The hall in the Living Energy Barn, gives access to the bedrooms. It has seating and tables and is a lovely sunny room. It looks out onto delightful views of the countryside. It is a pleasant spot to sit on days of both good and bad weather to enjoy the fantastic views. There is a terrace area just outside. Fresh air and views are so replenishing. You are sure to return home full of energy and well-being.
The breakfast room is a beautiful stone room. It was once the stables to the farm, long ago. There are small details that give evidence of this if you look closely. Breakfast includes fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, toast, marmalade, jams, and a full Welsh/English offering. Eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, beans, mushrooms, toast etc. This is sure to be good start to your day.
Dragon Fly Room
The Dragon Fly is the symbol of illusion and a really magical creature. This room has a view of our fields. All of the rooms in The Living Energy Barn are very spacious. This one is no exception. It has four three foot single beds and sleeps four people. You will find Tea and coffee in all rooms, also a hair dryer. This room offers great value for small groups of friends or family.

The Butterfly is the symbol of transformation. The variety of species of Butterfly’s on our planet is a wonder. There are so many. They are so beautiful.
