David having been a financial consultant and Lynette a trained artist, designer, and holistic therapist both looking for a change on retirement. Having previously run a five diamond silver awarded B&B; in East Anglia in the early two thousands decided a change of location was required.
Now they are relocated to the Brecon Beacons in Wales having purchased a most stunning rural property on the Black Mountains in 2022. The property having been previously been run as successful Pony Trekking centre for many decades and in need of updating and refurbishment.
David and Lynette have worked tirelessly during 2022, to update and refurbish; much of the property turning three of the seven old Bunk rooms into comfortable B&B rooms. The old bunkhouse Barn turned into accommodation for small groups from 4-16 people, and the two bedroom cottage into a high standard accommodation for today’s holiday maker. They have gutted and refurbished approximately half of the property so far and work is ongoing during the winter periods. They are refurbishing the property into comfortable affordable accommodation for today’s travellers or holiday makers. They are intending to offer a comfortable and practical space for holidays and courses. Refurbishments have stopped for the summer season and will continue during the autumn and winter period.
