Green Aware

Everyone needs to be green aware and do as much as possible to help the planet. We all
have a responsibility to our natural environment.

Recycling

We at The Living Energy Holidays, fully comply with all the recycling regulation of Powys
County Council, who are one of the leading recycling local authorities in Britain.

Insulation

Angel Cottage has in recent years been completely refurbished and is insulated to a very
high degree, reducing energy consumption.
Updating and Improvement
We are in the process of updating and improving all of our buildings over the next few years.
We wish to bring them all up to the best standard that we can.

Solar

We have solar panels on Cadarn Cottage and are using solar lights around the garden.

Natural environment

We live in a very rural natural environment. However, whilst grass is fine and is needed for
feeding animals, other plants, trees and flowers play a crucial role also in the natural
environment. We are in the process of adding many plants and trees to our property to
create garden spaces for the enjoyment of our customers. This also has the added benefit of
helping the natural environment to thrive. We are adding many insect loving plants to
encourage bees, butterfly’s etc, onto our property.
